Services may be purchased directly from Cisco or through its authorized channels of resale. The corresponding service descriptions are posted in the tabs referenced below. You are encouraged to review them to understand the level of Service you have purchased.

For End Users Purchasing Directly from Cisco. Service Descriptions for services purchased directly from Cisco are incorporated into your direct service agreement with Cisco.

For End Users Purchasing through Cisco-Authorized Channel. If you purchase services through a Cisco-authorized reseller or distributor, the corresponding Service Descriptions are posted here for informational purposes only and do not create any contract between Cisco and you. The contract, if any, governing the provision of the services will be the one between you and your reseller, who should provide the applicable Service Description to you at the time of sale.

For End Users Purchasing Directly from Cisco. Service Descriptions for services purchased directly from Cisco are incorporated into your direct service agreement with Cisco.

For End Users Purchasing through Cisco-Authorized Channel. If you purchase services through a Cisco-authorized reseller or distributor, the corresponding Service Descriptions are posted here for informational purposes only and do not create any contract between Cisco and you. The contract, if any, governing the provision of the services will be the one between you and your reseller, who should provide the applicable Service Description to you at the time of sale.
