When used with service from a wireless carrier that is not listed here, overall support for the Cisco 3G Wireless HWIC is limited to Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support for the hardware and Cisco IOS Software.
The table also lists the specific modem firmware versions for different carriers that may be required for certified service or is recommended to help optimize solution performance. Modem firmware for the Cisco 3G Wireless HWIC is available for download from the link listed in the table.
