IPv6 at InteropNet

Cisco was a leading sponsor of the 2011 Interop show in Las Vegas. In addition to our show floor presence, Cisco also sponsored InteropNet, the multi-vendor core infrastructure which provides networking, voice, and video services to the thousands of exhibitors and attendees at the show.

Cisco returned to hosting the InteropNet after a 10-year hiatus. To highlight the increased focus on our core businesses, and commitment to technology and product excellence, Cisco showcased a vast range of networking solutions at Interop. InteropNet provided dual-stack IPv6 capabilities to all capable endpoints, exhibiting Cisco's innovation and leadership.

The InteropNet planning effort began in November 2010, continued throughout May at Interop 2011 Las Vegas, and culminates in October at Interop 2011 New York.
