Enhance Server-to-Storage Performance

The Cisco SFS 3504 Multifabric Server Switch enables hosts attached to an InfiniBand fabric to accelerate communications to Ethernet and Fibre Channel resources.

Designed for top-of-cluster deployments, the Cisco SFS 3504 serves as a central aggregation point for I/O connectivity.

The Cisco SFS 3504 includes 12 20-Gbps (double data rate [DDR]) InfiniBand ports and 4 expansion slots for InfiniBand-to-Ethernet or InfiniBand-to-Fibre Channel gateways. The Cisco SFS 3504 gateways are designed to provide wire-rate performance, enabling customers to increase server-to-storage performance.
