The Cisco® GPRS Gateway Support Node Service Manager (GGSN-SM) is a set of tools that interface with the CiscoWorks desktop navigation user interface to perform provisioning and troubleshooting of access point names (APNs) and Cisco GGSN charging profiles. The Cisco GGSN-SM interfaces with the CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution (LMS) to provide an end-to-end management solution for Cisco Mobile Exchange networks.

Cisco GGSN-SM offers the following:

Provides centralized management of APN configurations
Automated charging profile provisioning using a simple to use GUI
Enhances problem isolation of Cisco GGSN networks through troubleshooting dashboard
Allows management of multiple Cisco GGSN installations and automatically downloads configuration in all Cisco GGSN installations
Integrates with the CiscoWorks desktop within the CiscoWorks LMS to allow ease of execution and use within a central management console interface
