Cisco Content Services Gateway Service Manager

The Cisco® Content Services Gateway Service Manager (CSG-SM) is a set of tools that interface with the CiscoWorks desktop navigation user interface to perform Cisco CSG configuration management. The Cisco CSG-SM interfaces with the CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution (LMS) to provide an end-to-end management solution for Cisco Mobile Exchange networks.

Cisco CSG-SM offers the following:

Automatically activates, modifies, and deactivates services in Cisco CSG server farms
Provides discrepancy analysis reports that help operators review configuration changes that could impact reliable network operation
Integrates with the CiscoWorks desktop within the CiscoWorks LMS to allow ease of execution and use within a central management console interface
