Q. How to enable the remote management feature of SPA3102?
A.In order to enable the remote management on the SPA3102, complete the steps outlined in this document.
Enabling Remote Management
Step 1:
Connect the computer to the LAN port of the SPA3102 and access the SPA400's web-based setup page. For instructions, click here.Step 2:
When the SPA's web-based setup page appears, click Admin Login then advanced.
Step 3:
Click WAN Setup under Router, then look for Enable WAN Web Server and select yes. The default WAN Web Server Port is set to "80 " on the web-based setup page of SPA-3102.

Note: After saving the settings, the user can access the SPA3102 web-based setup page remotely using "http://wanipaddressofspa3102:80" on the Internet Explorer's Address bar.
