About PDI Help Desk

When you or other Cisco Partners need support in the process of deploying Cisco solutions, you can turn to the global Planning, Design, and Implementation Help Desk (PDI-HD) 12 hours per day, 5 days per week in most locations. Some of our services include:

  • Design reviews
  • Initial setup
  • Proof of concept
  • Migration planning
  • Configuration and integration

Qualified partners can gain no cost access to a team focused on deployment best practices. By working with you to address issues early, all parties benefit from a smoother project cycle, increased productivity, and fewer issues once the solution is in production. Read the PDI-HD Overview

PDI-HD should not be contacted for network- or business-impacting issues. The PDI-HD service is in place to assist you in bringing customer systems up and into production. A Cisco service contract should be in place for production networks, and the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) can assist customers with any issues.

Entitlement Requirements

Partners need to hold one or more specializations to receive support from the PDI Help Desk (PDI-HD). Review the Entitlement for PDI-HD Services Specializations list

Assistance with Specializations

If you have yet to obtain a specialization and need assistance with questions or issues pertaining to partner programs, please open a web case with the Partner Relationship Team. Additionally, you can take advantage of existing in-country support programs or contact your local Cisco channel support teams for assistance.

Note: If a technology or product is not currently listed, it is not supported by the PDI Help Desk and no services will be provided for your support request. Support requests received for unsupported technologies and products will be referred to the most appropriate Cisco team for assistance.

Access to the PDI Help Desk is possible via the web or phone. The preferred method is to open a case online. To open a case online, click the link below, fill in all fields on the case creation form and submit. To add attachments, reply to case creation confirmation email and include the files you wish to attach (10 MB max attachment size).
