The Solution

Instituto Zaldivar deployed Cisco TelePresence to consult with patients and stream HD video from the diagnosis equipment. It uses Cisco WebEx for training, collaboration, and interviews.

Outcomes

Doctors consulted with 573 patients over high-definition video. The Institute expects 40 percent year-over-year growth in consultations and fivefold growth in services over the next five years. Doctors spend less time traveling between clinics. Patients appreciate the reduced travel and wait times. With Cisco WebEx, human resources can avoid travel by scheduling video interviews.
