Dualtec was uniquely positioned to fulfill the increasing demand for locally supported, enterprise-class public and private cloud deployments. To capitalize on this, Dualtec needed to transform its data center to help support customers' global business objectives while also creating new revenue streams for the company.

Solution

Dualtec launched its Dualtec Public Cloud on the Red Hat OpenStack platform, and deployed Cisco UCS to power a hybrid cloud for IT innovation and business agility.

Outcomes

Dualtec offers the region's first enterprise-level cloud service built on the Red Hat OpenStack platform. With Cisco UCS as the cornerstone, Dualtec has added 170 new customers in one year, enhanced efficiency by 40 percent, and cut operating and hardware costs. As a new Cisco Intercloud Fabric provider, Dualtec is also generating new business opportunities.
