Problem Description
The CTS-LIGHT-FIXT-JP (used for TelePresence systems CTS-1000, CTS-3000, CTS-3200) has the wrong Japanese safety marking.
Background
For shipments prior to June 2009, the CTS-LIGHT-FIXT-JP parts have an incorrect "PSE MARK" Japanese safety marking.
Affected units will be in the Serial Number range shown here:
Serial Number.
Problem Symptoms
An incorrect label indicates the product is not compliant with safety regulations.
Workaround/Solution
Customers and partners who want to correct the label must send an email to tp-light-label-japan@cisco.com.
Correction labels are available and will be provided by request.
