Problem Description
New Zealand DST Changes in 2007:
On 30 April 2007, Hon Rick Barker, Minister of Internal Affairs, announced a three week extension to the period of daylight saving.
Daylight saving now runs from the last Sunday in September until the first Sunday in April. For systems that are not located in affected countries, no action should be taken, and this field notice may be disregarded for these systems.

Problem Symptoms
Time is off after Daylight Saving time event.
Workaround/Solution
The Microsoft patch will correct the DST accordingly.
