Problem Description
A 521 LAP with an out-of-box configuration may fail to join a WLC526 if the LAP's certificate valid date and WLC526 current date are not matching. The Controller's Date has to be valid and more recent than the Certificate's valid date.
Background
The manufacturing test script wasn't setting the TOD clock correctly in the factory.
WLC526s within the serial number range of FOC1121L001 through FOC1127L03R are affected.
Problem Symptoms
An LAP521 may not be able to join a WLC526 and become stuck in a reboot/join failure loop.
Workaround/Solution
There are 2 options:

Set system time:
From CCA application, navigate to Configure -> Device Properties -> System Time

Set NTP server:
From CCA application, navigate to Configure -> Device Properties -> System Time, select NTP
