Problem Description
Units manufactured before March 18, 2007 have incorrect MAC address barcode printed.
Affected units include the following serial number ranges:
FCZ1103U000 - FCZ1111UZZZ
FTX1103U000 - FTX1111UZZZ
FHK1103E000 - FHK1111EZZZ
Background
Cisco has identified incorrect MAC address barcode printed on the affected products listed above.
Problem Symptoms
Incorrect MAC barcode shown for Ethernet interface.
Workaround/Solution
Reference the Human readable MAC address shown on the serial number.
This value is correctly referring to the Ethernet MAC.
