Problem Description
Users are unable to enter a web meeting room with Cisco MeetingPlace Express because of a license enforcement issue.
Background
Cisco MeetingPlace Express incorporates third-party technology for web conferencing and the license enforcement for this third-party technology incorrectly prevents usage of the web meeting room features.
Problem Symptoms
The error message received when attempting to join a Cisco MeetingPlace Express web meeting room is shown below:
Your Account Has Expired. You are getting this error message because: You were trying to login to your account and it has expired. You were trying to access a content, course or meeting and your account has expired.

Download patch Release number 1.1.1.1002 (filename - patch_mpe_1_1_1_1002.sh) from the Cisco MeetingPlace Express Version 1.1 Software Download (registered customers only) on Cisco.com.
Installation instructions for the patch noted above can be found in the readme file for Release 1.1.1.1002 (filename - patch_mpe_1_1_1_1002.readme) on the Cisco MeetingPlace Express Version 1.1 Software Download (registered customers only) page.
