Problem Description
When upgrading from IOS-XR 3.0.x to 3.2.x, the installation will proceed but may appear to stall for an extended period of time when the applying the upgrade to components within the CRS router.
Background
A problem is seen where the I2C bus, used for internal communication between components, stalls. This is not seen in all circumstances. When the bus stall occurs, intervention is required to restart the bus. The fix is integrated in Rommon 1.32. Application of this ROMMON version will prevent the bus stall from occuring.
