Problem Description

Customers are experiencing problems over time with the roof-mount mast (pole and mounting base) rusting.

Background

BR1300 
Roof - Mount Kit 
AIR-ACCRMK1300= Rusting Pole 

Problem Symptoms

Surface rust appears on the mounting bracket and rust continues to spread over the surface. This is a cosmetic problem.

Workaround/Solution

The problem is cosmetic and is not functionally impacting. Replacement of the bracket is the solution to the rust problem.
