Cisco CNS Intelligence Engine 2110
End-of-Sale Announcement

Cisco Systems announces the end of sale for the Cisco CNS Intelligence Engine 2110 hardware appliance (part numbers CNSIE-2110, CNSIE-2110-K9, CNS-IE2110-HW) effective February 15, 2003. There will be no further hardware enhancement developed for the Cisco CNS Intelligence Engine 2110. Software and hardware support for the Cisco CNS Intelligence Engine 2110 hardware appliance will continue till official EOL date (Table 1). All Cisco customers currently using Cisco CNS Intelligence Engine 2110 appliance will be able to upgrade to future releases of CNS Configuration Engine, CNS NetFlow Collection Engine software and will not be affected by this announcement.

The Cisco CNS Intelligence Engine 2110 will be discontinued in favor of the CNSIE-2115-K9, which provides higher capacity processor and latest release of Linux OS. The CNSIE-2115-K9 provides all the functionality of CNSIE-2110, CNSIE-2110-K9, CNS-IE2110-HW with increase in appliance performance with a higher capacity processor.

Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and Cisco.com information will continue for the Cisco CNS Intelligence Engine 2110 through February 15, 2008.

End-of-Life Schedule

Table 1 lists the Cisco CNS Intelligence Engine 2110 end-of-sale schedule for all geographical regions.
