Cisco IOS Early Deployment Release Train 12.2BC

Introduction

This Product Bulletin describes the content and delivery information concerning Cisco IOS(TM) software release train 12.2BC. This release train is focused on the ubr7100, ubr7200 and ubr10k platforms. The features delivered with this release will be incorporated into the 12.3T release train, but 12.2BC represents a release vehicle that provides these features sooner. Migration Guide

Diagram 1 below displays Cisco IOS 12.2BC release functionality relative to the 12.2T release. This diagram also identifies the recommended migration path.

Migration, Feature Support and New Feature Information

The 12.2BC release train is the migration path for several previous X releases. This means that the 12.2BC train contains all the Cisco ubr7200, ubr7100 and ubr10k functionality of these previous releases and any of their rebuilds:

12.2(1)XF

12.2(2)XF

12.2(4)XF

Anyone using any of these short lived releases should upgrade to the latest 12.2BC release at their earliest convenience. All bug fixes, enhancements and support for these releases will be done through the 12.2BC train, as it is the migration path for them.
