Creating Users in Network Storage

To create Users and Groups in the NSS, follow these steps:

Step1:
From the Manager Menu, click Access then select Groups. The Configured Groups page appears. Click Add the button.
Step 2:
When the New Group page appears, type the name of the group in the Group name field.
Note: It can only contain lower-case alphanumeric characters and underscores to a maximum of 32 characters.
Step 3:
Move the users you want to assign to the group from the Users Available?list to the Users in Group list. Click OK to save the current group.
Step 4:
The Configured Groups?page appears after successfully creating groups.
