Q. How many days does ProtectLink Gateway Email Protection hold quarantined mail?
A.ProtectLink Gateway Email Protection does not store or archive emails by default. All messages are processed and immediately passed through to the customer's message transfer agent (MTA).
For quarantined messages, however, the behavior is different. If you have a policy to quarantine emails like spam, for example, ProtectLink Gateway Email Protection will store those messages in our data center for up to seven days.
