Q. How do I only receive mail coming from ProtectLink Gateway Email Protection servers?
A.To receive emails coming from the ProtectLink Gateway Email Protection servers only, configure your firewall to accept mail only from the IP address range of our mail servers:
- 216.99.131.0/25
- 168.61.60.0/25
Note: If you need assistance regarding your firewall, please contact your network administrator.
