Problem
After installing the Compliance Recording 2.7(1) license file on the Cisco UCCX system, the AppAdmin indicates that there are no CR license files identified on the system.
Solution
The new packaging of Quality Manager called Compliance Recording (CR) is introduced with the Cisco Workforce Optimization Quality Management Release 2.7(1), which includes Quality Manager (QM), Advanced Quality Manager (AQM) and CR. This comes with the release of UCCX 7.0(1) SR3. Earlier versions of UCCX do not recognize the CR license file. If you are using versions earlier than UCCX 7.0(1) SR3, you should upgrade to SR3 to use the CR. UCCX 7.0(1) SR3 can be downloaded from the location Download Software.
Note: QM 2.7(1) and AQM 2.7(1) will work with all versions of UCCX 7.0(1).
