Introduction
This document describes the functionality of the Cisco TelePresence Manager daily maintenance schedule. The information outlined applies to all versions of the TelePresence Manager.
Can the daily maintenance time of the Cisco TelePresence Manager be changed?
The Cisco TelePresence Manager runs a daily maintenance cycle which manually synchronizes new bookings from either Microsoft Exchange or IBM Domino. The daily maintenance cycle is tied to the time configured for the Database Backup Schedule. If you change the time of the database backup schedule, this alters the time of the daily maintenance cycle. For example, the TelePresence Manager database backup is configured to run daily at 23:00 or 11:00 PM local time. This will cause the daily maintenance cycle to run daily at the same time of 23:00 or 11:00 PM local time.
The Database Backup Schedule can be modified using the TelePresence Manager web interface under the Configure -> Database settings. Then choose the Backup tab in the right pane and click Change.
