The Cisco Packet Data Serving Node Service Manager (PDSN-SM) is a set of tools that work with the CiscoWorks desktop navigation user interface to perform Cisco PDSN configuration management and network troubleshooting. The Cisco PDSN-SM interfaces with the CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution (LMS) to provide an end-to-end management solution for Cisco Mobile Exchange networks.

Cisco PDSN-SM offers the following:

Automated PDSN provisioning in all Cisco PDSN installations defined in a server farm
Discrepancy analysis reports that help operators review configuration changes that could impact reliable network operation
Integration with the CiscoWorks desktop within the CiscoWorks LMS to allow ease of execution and use within a central management console interface
