Introduction
This document describes a problem encountered after the PBX IP Media Gateway (PIMG) software is upgraded to Release 6.0SU8 and also provides a solution to the problem.
Problem
After an upgrade of the PIMG software to Release 6.0SU8 is performed, you might notice that only four ports are configurable, and the last four ports are unavailable. This means that the PIMG can only take four calls maximum.
Solution
After the upgrade, the "Media" value is set to SRTP_Only, which limits some of the resources on PIMG and limits the number of available ports. In order to fix the problem:
- Log in to the PIMG Web interface.
- Navigate to Voip > Media > Acceptable Media and choose RTP_Only.
- Restart the PIMG.
