Q. How to receive a second call when there is a call in progress?
A.When you hear the call waiting beep, you can use the FLASH button on your SPA901 to pickup a second incoming call just as you would with an ordinary analog phone. Pressing the FLASH button on your unit will toggle between the two callers.
