Q. What can I do if I encounter bad audio quality when I use the CIT200?
A.Bad audio quality from the CIT200 can be attributed to signal interference caused by nearby electrical appliances such as microwave ovens and cordless phones or the Base Station is installed in a room with thick walls. If this is the case, move the computer to a different location. It can also be that the handset may be too far from the base unit. If so, move the Handset closer to the Base Station.
