Q. What can I do if I encounter difficulties making calls to a regular telephone using the CIT400?
A.Step 1:
Make sure you enter a (+) sign before you dial the International Country Code, Area Code and Phone Number.?Step 2:
Check your SkypeOut credit amount to make sure you have enough credits.?Step 3:
You may also try moving the Handset closer to the Base Station for better connection.
