Q. What can I do if I'm not getting any dial tone when pressing the Call button on my wireless IP phone?
A.If you're not hearing any dial tone after pressing the Call button on the phone, this is may be because of a base station that is not properly connected to the telephone line, a handset that is too far away from the base station's range, and a low battery capacity. To resolve this, follow the steps below.?
Step 1:
Make sure the RJ-11 telephone line cord is properly connected to the LINE port of the base station and the telephone wall jack.?Step 2:
Make sure that the base station is powered ON.?Step 3:
Move the handset closer to the base station. It may be out of range already.?Step 4:
Place the handset on the charger to recharge the batteries.
