Q. What can I do if I'm having problems making or answering a second call on the landline?
A.Problems making or answering a second call is caused by factors such as an inactive second call service and incorrectly set-up recall selection. Check with your landline service provider to activate the second call service. If it still didn't work, follow the steps below.?
Answering a Second Landline Incoming Call?
Step 1:
When there is an incoming call from another line while you are on the first call, you will hear a call waiting tone.??Step 2:
To pickup the incoming call, select Call. The first call will be put on hold.Step 3:
You can press the Call key to switch between calls.??Step 4:
Press the Power/End Call key to end the current call.?
Making a Second Landline Call?
This applies only if you have subscribed to this service from your telephone provider. To make a second landline call, follow the steps below.?
Step 1:
Press the Call key then dial the number you want.?Step 2:
Press the Call key to shift between calls.??Step 3:
Press the Power/End Call key to end the current call.?
Setting the Recall Duration?
Step 1:
Select Menu.?Step 2:
Scroll to Settings then press Select.?Step 3:
Scroll to Advanced then press Select.?Step 4:
Scroll to Landline then press Select.?Step 5:
Select Recall then press Select.?Step 6:
Scroll to the new setting then press OK. The new setting is now saved.
