Product Substitution
Two new versions of the ATM switch processor will replace the original versions as outlined in Table 2. Support Information
Cisco will continue to provide support for L1010-ASP-B-FC1 and L1010ASP-B-FCPFQ through the SMARTnet™ service program. Customers with SMARTnet service contracts are entitled to 24-hour phone support through the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and advance replacement of hardware. Cisco is committed to supporting these systems for a period of five years after the EOS announcement.
