The Cisco® ONS 15540 ESPx Extended Services Platform is a highly modular, flexible, and scalable 32-channel, next-generation dense wavelength-division multiplexing (DWDM) platform that integrates storage area networking (SAN), data networking, SONET, and SDH technologies over an ultra-high bandwidth, intelligent optical infrastructure that can support any packet, over any wavelength, on any platform.
