Recall, End of Sales, End of Engineering and End of Life for
Cisco uBR914 Cable Data Service Unit
Cisco Systems, Inc. is announcing the recall, end of sales (EOS), end of engineering (EOE), and end of life (EOL) for the Cisco uBR914 Cable Data Service Unit. Milestone dates are listed in Table 1.
Effective June 12, 2001, Cisco Systems is recalling the Cisco uBR914 Cable Data Service Unit. At the same time, we are announcing EOS, EOE, and EOL of the product. Customers who purchased this product are being offered full refund or credit on future purchase. Cisco will work with those customers using the Cisco uBR914 Cable Data Service Unit in a production environment and help identify the best migration plan on a case-by-case basis.

- Recall: Cisco requests customers return equipment for full refund or credit on future product.
- EOS: The date at which product is removed from the price list and is no longer orderable through the normal, non-exception, order fulfillment process.
- EOE: The date after which scheduled maintenance releases will not be produced; no software and hardware is produced; no contracts are renewed.
- EOL: The date after which Cisco's customer support organization no longer supports the product.
