The Cisco® Integrated Services Routers (ISRs) are now shipping with increased default memory. Cisco's flagship access routers, Cisco Integrated Services Routers offer integration of multiple services in a single platform. The default memory for Cisco ISRs (Cisco 1841 and Cisco 2800 and 3800 Series Integrated Services Routers) has been increased to enable deployment of multiple Cisco IOS® Software-based services and help ensure that the routers will be compatible with future IOS Software Releases.
Table 1 lists the new default DRAM and Compact Flash across the Cisco Integrated Services Router product family.
