This product bulletin discusses the Cisco® MDS 9000 Family multilayer switches that run Cisco MDS 9000 NX-OS Software Release 5.2(1). It summarizes the hardware features supported and the software features available and provides software ordering information.

Supported Hardware

Table 1 summarizes the hardware features that Cisco MDS 9000 NX-OS Release 5.2(1) supports. Please note that Cisco MDS 9000 NX-OS Release 5.2(1) does not support any Generation 1 modules.
