rebranded to Cisco Collaboration Systems to better reflect the Collaboration products
included in the solution.
Cisco Collaboration Systems securely integrate
voice, video, and other collaborative data applications into intelligent
network communications solutions. These systems, which include IP telephony,
voice messaging, rich-media conferencing, IP video broadcasting, and customer
contact solutions, take full advantage of all of the power, resiliency, and
flexibility of an IP network.

The Cisco Collaboration System Technical Information Site is a one-stop location for
all system-level documentation, resources, and training. This site contains
system documentation that is presented in the network lifecycle process: Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize
(PPDIOO). Sites are specific to IP telephony or contact center system
applications.
A significant focus of the system documentation is to provide information
about the system test architecture and results, end-to-end functionality,
interoperability, and performance under load/stress obtained from the
system-level testing. The Technical Information Site also provides links to

This document includes related information about compatibility, upgrade
paths between releases, and upgrade strategies for different-sized network
installations. It describes the upgrade sequence for individual test sites,
emphasizing the order in which the components are to be upgraded. The
System Installation and Upgrade Manual also provides references to
installation and upgrade documentation for individual components.

Notes describe the system-wide testing of the Cisco Collaboration
family of products that supplements the product-level testing performed on
each product. System Release Notes include:

identify the specific release of each product tested as part of a

consequent test results. This document is of interest to customers who want
to know the details of what was tested during Cisco Collaboration
Systems Releases and the outcome of such testing. The System Test Results
document includes information such as:

components, test status, and resulting defects.
