Overview
This document describes the user documentation available for the C-Series Rack-Mount Server products, including the C-Series rack-mount servers and Cisco Integrated Management Controller (CIMC) software. To find a document online, use one of the links in this roadmap.
In addition, an ISO file containing all B and C-Series documents is available at the following URL: http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/type.html?mdfid=283853163&flowid=25821. From this page, click Unified Computing System (UCS) Documentation Roadmap Bundle.
The ISO file is updated after every major documentation release.

Release Notes and Interoperability Information
Category Description Release Notes
The release notes provide the most current information about open and resolved caveats for each release of the CIMC software, including the CIMC GUI and CIMC CLI, the C-Series BIOS versions, and the utilities and drivers associated with each release.
The complete list of CIMC release notes can be found here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10739/prod_release_notes_list.html
Note If you want to integrate your C-Series servers with a Cisco Unified Computing System (Cisco UCS) installation and manage them with Cisco UCS Manager, please see the release notes for the version of Cisco UCS Manager that you are using. The appropriate release note can be found here: Release Notes for Cisco UCS Manager
Interoperability Information
The interoperability matrix provides interoperability information for Cisco UCS components and configurations that have been tested and validated by Cisco, by Cisco partners, or both. Use it as a reference for supported hardware and software.
The complete list of interoperability matrices can be found here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10477/prod_technical_reference_list.html
The interactive UCS Hardware and Software Interoperability Utility lets you view the supported components and configurations for a selected server model and software release. The utility is available at the following URL: http://www.cisco.com/web/techdoc/ucs/interoperability/matrix/matrix.html
Note The interoperability information for a particular release is dependent on third-party certification testing done after the release has been made public. Therefore, the interoperability information may not be available until several months after the release becomes publically available.
