How do I diagnose packet loss using the Telepresence Server?
Log into the Telepresence Server's web interface and go to Configuration. For Packet loss threshold enter a number that reflects your network, its reliability and the level of packet loss that you feel is acceptable (i.e. set the threshold to zero if you want to detect all packet loss). Any packet loss above this threshold is reported in the:
- Conference status page: the Status for each endpoint inlcudes any packet loss
- Statistics page for the endpoint whose call is experiencing the packet loss
