Table 1 summarizes the new and changed commands for Cisco MDS NX-OS Release 5.0(1a) and tells you where they are documented in the Cisco MDS 9000 Family Command Reference .

The Cisco MDS 9000 Family Command Reference applies to Cisco NX-OS Release 5.0(1a), but describes all features in Cisco SAN-OS releases. If you are running Cisco SAN-OS 3.x or lower software on an MDS switch, refer to the Cisco MDS 9000 Family CLI Command Reference for the release train that applies to the release on your switch.
