The User Defined Source Port Ranges for PAT feature enables the specification of source port ranges for Port Address Translation (PAT) for Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), H.323, and Skinny Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP) and RTP Control Protocol (RTCP).
